Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 10 October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the tax filing and related professional services provided by TaxPakRon. By requesting or purchasing a service from TaxPakRon, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

By using the TaxPakRon website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. A TaxPakRon mobile application is in development; these Terms will also apply to it once it becomes available.

2. How Our Services Work

TaxPakRon provides professional tax filing, compliance, registration, advisory, and related services based on the information and documents supplied by the client.

A service is considered ready for processing once the required information, documents, approvals, and applicable service charges have been received. TaxPakRon may request additional information whenever it is necessary to properly prepare or complete a case.

Submission of a request does not automatically mean that the case can be completed immediately. Processing depends on the nature of the service, the completeness of the information provided, the client's cooperation, and where applicable, the operation and response of government or third-party systems.

Service Hours

TaxPakRon's normal operating hours are:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed Public Holidays: Closed

Cases may be submitted outside operating hours, but processing and communication will generally take place during the next applicable working period.

3. Client Information and Documents

TaxPakRon prepares services using information and documents provided or approved by the client.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all information supplied to TaxPakRon is:

  • accurate and complete;
  • current and relevant to the service requested;
  • supported by genuine documents where documentation is required; and
  • disclosed in sufficient detail for the service to be prepared correctly.

TaxPakRon may rely on information supplied by the client unless there is an apparent reason to request clarification or supporting evidence.

If incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or late information affects a case, TaxPakRon will not be responsible for consequences resulting from that information.

4. Client Review and Approval

Where a return, application, statement, response, or other filing requires client confirmation, TaxPakRon may provide the prepared information to the client for review and approval.

The client is responsible for reviewing the information presented to them and notifying TaxPakRon of any correction before submission.

Once the client has approved a filing or instructed TaxPakRon to proceed, TaxPakRon may submit it through the relevant government or authorized system.

5. Processing Time and Client Delays

TaxPakRon aims to process cases within the applicable service timeframe. However, processing time can depend on the client's timely cooperation.

A case may be placed on hold where TaxPakRon is waiting for:

  • required information;
  • documents;
  • clarification from the client;
  • confirmation or approval;
  • payment of an applicable charge; or
  • any other action required from the client.

Time spent waiting for the client does not count as processing time attributable to TaxPakRon.

TaxPakRon may also extend processing where a case requires additional review because of its complexity or because circumstances outside TaxPakRon's control affect the work.

6. Government Authorities and Third-Party Systems

Many TaxPakRon services involve government authorities, portals, registries, banks, payment systems, or other third-party platforms.

TaxPakRon cannot control:

  • government portal availability;
  • system outages or technical errors;
  • processing times of government departments;
  • verification procedures;
  • requests for additional information by authorities;
  • changes made by government authorities;
  • third-party system failures; or
  • delays caused by circumstances outside TaxPakRon's reasonable control.

TaxPakRon will take reasonable steps to complete the client's service, but a government or third-party delay does not constitute a failure by TaxPakRon to provide the service.

7. Tax Results and Refunds

TaxPakRon provides professional preparation and filing assistance based on the information and documents available for the case.

TaxPakRon does not guarantee:

  • a particular tax liability;
  • a particular tax refund;
  • acceptance of a refund claim;
  • a particular tax benefit;
  • approval of a registration or application; or
  • a particular decision by the FBR or another government authority.

Tax outcomes are determined by applicable law, the client's circumstances, information provided, and the relevant government authority.

8. Services Outside the Original Scope

A standard service covers the work reasonably required for the service purchased.

Additional work may require a separate charge where it falls outside the original scope of the service.

Depending on the circumstances, additional charges may apply for matters including:

  • FBR notice replies;
  • audit support;
  • refund follow-up;
  • wealth reconciliation;
  • analysis of multiple sources of income;
  • review of business accounts;
  • sales tax return filing;
  • company tax filing;
  • bookkeeping or accounting work;
  • correction or revision of previous tax years; and
  • other substantial work requested by the client or made necessary by the circumstances of the case.

TaxPakRon will communicate the applicable additional charge where reasonably possible before undertaking chargeable additional work.

9. Fees and Payment

Standard prices for our services are published on our Pricing page. Before any work begins, we confirm the total amount payable for your case directly with you; this may differ from the standard price where your case requires additional work or where a discount has been agreed. That total is payable in advance, as a single payment. Payment is accepted only by the methods we make available (for example, bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash) — we do not accept online card payments.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Payment for our services is taken in advance, as a single payment, after the total amount has been confirmed with you.

You may cancel a service at any time before it has been completed. If you cancel before work on your case has started, your payment is refunded in full. Once work has started, no refund is given — including where the work is only partially complete at the time you cancel.

Work is treated as having started once we begin reviewing or preparing your case.

11. Communication

TaxPakRon may communicate with clients through the contact information and communication channels provided during the service process.

Clients are expected to remain reasonably available for requests relating to their case and to provide requested information or approvals without unnecessary delay.

TaxPakRon is not responsible for delays caused by a client being unreachable or failing to respond to a request necessary for completion of the service.

12. Confidentiality

TaxPakRon treats client information and documents as confidential and uses them for purposes connected with providing the requested services, maintaining service records, meeting legal or regulatory requirements, and communicating with the client regarding their case.

TaxPakRon will not intentionally disclose confidential client information to unrelated parties except where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary for the provision of the service, required by law, requested or authorized by the client, or necessary to respond to a lawful government or regulatory requirement.

13. Completion of a Service

A service is considered completed when TaxPakRon has performed the work included within the purchased service and, where applicable, the relevant filing, application, response, registration, or submission has been completed or submitted.

Completion does not necessarily mean that a government authority has accepted, approved, processed, or acted upon the submission.

Where further action by a government authority is required after TaxPakRon's work has been completed, such action remains subject to that authority's procedures and timelines.

14. Right to Decline or Discontinue a Service

TaxPakRon reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service where, in its reasonable judgment:

  • the requested work cannot lawfully or professionally be undertaken;
  • required information or documentation is not provided;
  • information appears materially inaccurate or misleading;
  • the client does not provide required approval or cooperation;
  • the requested work falls outside TaxPakRon's available services;
  • continuing the engagement could create a professional, legal, or compliance concern; or
  • circumstances make it impractical to continue the service.

Where applicable, TaxPakRon will communicate the reason for discontinuation and any resulting payment or refund position. If we decline a case before work has started, your payment is refunded in full.

15. TaxPakRon Is an Independent Service Provider

TaxPakRon is an independent private professional services platform providing tax, compliance, registration, filing, and related services.

TaxPakRon is not a government department and is not affiliated with, owned by, or operated as a department of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), or any other government authority, unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service or relationship.

Government filings, registrations, approvals, and decisions remain subject to the relevant government authority.

16. TaxPakRon Filing-Time Commitment

Where TaxPakRon offers an on-time filing commitment for an eligible tax filing service, TaxPakRon undertakes to submit the eligible case within the applicable commitment period provided that the client has supplied all required information, documents, payment, and approval within the required timeframe.

The commitment does not apply where the delay is caused by circumstances outside TaxPakRon's reasonable control.

Eligibility

The commitment applies only to cases that:

  • are eligible for the particular filing-time commitment;
  • have been submitted with the required information and documents;
  • have received the required client approval;
  • have all applicable service charges paid; and
  • provide TaxPakRon sufficient time to complete the work before the relevant filing deadline.

Cases submitted after 15 September may not qualify for the on-time filing commitment where the remaining time before the filing deadline is insufficient for normal processing.

Circumstances Excluded From the Commitment

The commitment does not apply where delay results from:

  • incomplete or inaccurate client information;
  • late submission of documents;
  • delayed client responses or approvals;
  • changes requested by the client after preparation;
  • government portal problems or outages;
  • FBR or other government-system delays;
  • third-party technical problems;
  • exceptional circumstances beyond TaxPakRon's reasonable control; or
  • circumstances requiring substantial additional work outside the original service.

Refund Under the Commitment

Where an eligible case qualifies for the on-time filing commitment and TaxPakRon fails to meet that commitment for reasons attributable to TaxPakRon, the applicable service fee may be refunded in accordance with the terms of that particular commitment.

The commitment does not create an entitlement to compensation for tax, penalties, interest, loss of income, or any other indirect loss.

TaxPakRon may amend, replace, suspend, or discontinue the filing-time commitment for future cases. Any commitment already accepted for an eligible case will be handled according to the terms applicable when that case was accepted.

The content of this website, including text and branding, belongs to TaxPakRon and may not be copied or reused without permission.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TaxPakRon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our Services.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

20. Changes to These Terms

TaxPakRon may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its services, procedures, applicable requirements, or business operations.

The version applicable to a client's service will generally be the version in effect when the service is requested or accepted, subject to any mandatory changes required by law or applicable government requirements.

By continuing to use TaxPakRon's services after updated terms are published, the client acknowledges the updated Terms & Conditions for future services.

21. General Understanding

These Terms & Conditions describe the general conditions under which TaxPakRon provides its services. Individual services may also have service-specific requirements, pricing, eligibility conditions, or instructions communicated to the client during the service process.

Where a service-specific condition conflicts with a general provision of these Terms & Conditions, the service-specific condition will apply to that particular service where it has been expressly communicated and accepted.

By purchasing or requesting a TaxPakRon service, the client confirms that they have had the opportunity to review these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.
