Privacy Policy
Effective date: 10 October 2026
1. Introduction
TaxPakRon ("we", "us", "our") provides taxation and business services in Pakistan through this website (the "Services"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you. By using the Services you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Through the website contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in (optional), and your message.
When you engage us for a filing or registration, we collect the information and documents that service requires — which may include your name, CNIC, date of birth, contact details, National Tax Number (NTN), income and deduction details, and supporting documents. You may provide these to us directly, including by email or WhatsApp.
With your authorization, we exchange your information only with official government portals — principally the Federal Board of Revenue's (FBR) IRIS portal, and any other government portal your filing or registration requires. We never route your information through a private or third-party portal.
We do not use automatic analytics or tracking on the public website.
3. How We Use Your Information
To deliver the tax and business services you request (return filing, NTN registration, notice support, and similar services); to respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form; to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including reporting to the FBR where required; to improve our services; and to communicate with you about your request, by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only: with the FBR or another relevant government authority, as required to complete the service you requested or to comply with the law; with infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services) who store and process data strictly on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations; or when required by law, such as a court order.
5. Data Security
Information you send us is encrypted while it travels to us, and remains encrypted in our cloud storage. Access to stored information is restricted to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do, however, take every reasonable measure to protect what you share with us, and we treat the safety and confidentiality of your information as a core professional obligation.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the requested service and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting record-keeping obligations. If you want us to stop using your information, contact us and we will act on your request except where continued retention is required by law — for example, tax and financial records.
7. Your Rights
You may ask to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to our legal retention obligations. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page. We usually respond within 24 hours. During busy periods this may take up to 7 working days.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may reference or link to third-party services, such as the FBR portal. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
